Hello, I’m glad you’re here. You may be here because something doesn’t feel right. Life might seem fine from the outside, you’re thoughtful, insightful, and dependable. Others may even lean on you for support. Yet, beneath the surface, you may feel overwhelmed with intense emotions or, at times, completely disconnected. Something inside of you wants to know if change is possible.

Hi, I’m Sara (she/hers). 

I'm a highly sensitive person and a relational counselor using a Gestalt approach, an experiential therapy focused on deepening self-awareness. In Gestalt therapy, meaningful change unfolds naturally as we gently explore and understand your present experiences and patterns. My work is grounded in presence, collaboration, and empathy. I support sensitive, insightful adults like you in reconnecting with your inner wisdom and feeling more aligned with who you truly are.
